As we step into a new year, it feels right to take a moment to reflect on the milestones of the past year. What have we achieved? What have we learned? And, most importantly, what lies ahead?
When we founded Benelux Baltics in Business (BBinB) in 2020, we described it as an experiment—a bold idea to connect professionals across the regions and see where it would take us. For the past few years, it truly felt like an ongoing test: brainstorming, implementing ideas, and reflecting on what worked and what didn’t.
2024 marked a tipping point for us: we started experiencing what we call “Pull Energy” from our community. Instead of us reaching out to companies, more partners like MELP, Telesoftas, Sigli, and Copos Capital approached us for support and advice.
This shift was not just rewarding—it was validation. It also reinforced the loyalty of long-time partners such as BMI Executive Institute, Lithuanian Ministry of Economy and Innovation, Minds&Finds, Vindo Solar, Fintis, and BlockGames, who have continued to support our mission.
We attribute this shift to increased brand awareness. Thanks to marketing efforts spearheaded by Viktorija Lukoseviciute (Persona Cognita), we’ve seen a change: companies now find us through Google Search or LinkedIn, rather than solely by word of mouth.
Although we were sad to say goodbye to Emilija Banyte and Migle Mockeviciute, who left the BBinB Marketing team to focus on their growing careers, we’re thrilled to welcome Lina Malaskeviciene as our new Marketing Lead and Matas Minkevicius taking end-to-end responsibility for events. From the start, Lina and Matas have embraced our mission and brought fresh strategic thinking that drives ideas into action at lightning speed.
In 2024, we focused heavily on defining our value proposition. Let’s be critical—what unique value do we offer to businesses? Here’s where we believe BBinB truly excels:

After hosting a record-breaking annual conference with over 200 participants, we’re already fielding questions about next year’s event. While we haven’t decided yet, one thing is certain: we always aim to raise the bar. Let’s keep 2025’s plans a little mysterious for now.
Next year marks BBinB’s 5th anniversary, and we’re planning a major website renovation, along with more articles and community insights. This is where the BBinB technology superstar, Nojus Kybartas, will undoubtedly play a key role. Excitingly, we’re also working on a teaching business case for a top business school—more updates on that soon!
Thank you for being part of our journey. We’re excited to grow, connect, and create with you in 2025. If you have ideas or insights, we’d love to hear from you!
Yours,
Agne Nainyte and Jurga Baltram
